After more than 30 years in DuBois, most of our new clients still arrive the same way: somebody told them about us. A client mentions us to a friend who owns a shop across town. An accountant passes our number to a client tired of their national provider. A former employee lands somewhere new and brings us along. We have never taken that for granted, and this page exists to say so.
How to Make a Referral
Keep it simple, whichever way suits you:
- Give them our number. (814) 371-6109 goes straight to our DuBois office.
- Send us their name. Email info@abcspayroll.com with the business name and a contact, mention that you referred them, and we will reach out at a respectful pace. One call, not a sales campaign.
- Make an introduction. A quick three-way email is often the easiest start for everyone.
When someone you know contacts us, tell them to mention your name. We track every referral and we make a point of thanking the person who sent it.
Who Makes a Good Referral?
Honestly, almost any employer. But the businesses that benefit most from a switch to us usually look like one of these:
- An owner still doing payroll by hand or in a spreadsheet, spending evenings on something we could finish in minutes
- A business using a big national provider and getting big national service: hold music, rotating account reps, surprise fees
- A new employer about to hire their first employee, unsure how withholding, deposits, and new-hire reporting work
- A company that just got a payroll tax notice and is not sure what went wrong
Your reputation matters to us as much as ours. When you refer someone, we treat them the way we treated you on your first call: straight answers, fair pricing, and no pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will say so rather than force it.
