What to Expect When You Call

Every new conversation starts the same way: we listen. Before we recommend anything, we want to understand how your business actually runs. A few things that help us give you an accurate picture on the first call:

  • How many employees you have. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal all matter for pricing and setup.
  • Your pay frequency. Weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
  • Where your employees work. Pennsylvania local and LST taxes vary by municipality, and multi-state payroll has its own requirements.
  • What you use today. Whether you process payroll in-house, use another service, or are hiring your very first employee.

There is no obligation and no pressure. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you that too.

Switching from Another Payroll Provider?

Changing payroll companies sounds painful, but it does not have to be. We handle mid-year conversions regularly, bringing over your year-to-date wage and tax data so your W2s come out right at year end. Most new clients are surprised how little work is required on their side: typically copies of recent payroll reports and tax filings, and we take it from there.

The best times to switch are the start of a new quarter or a new year, but if your current provider is causing problems now, do not wait. Call (814) 371-6109 and we will walk you through exactly what the transition would look like for your business.
