Liability Off Your Desk

Payroll tax penalties are unforgiving, and when a filing is missed, the client looks at whoever touched the payroll. As the processor of record, we take responsibility for accurate, on-time deposits and filings: federal 941s and 940s, Pennsylvania state withholding and unemployment, local EIT, and LST.

Clean Data for Your Workflow

Payroll journal entries import directly into QuickBooks, and our reports give you gross-to-net detail, tax liability summaries, and year-to-date figures in formats built for reconciliation, not just for show. At tax time, the numbers you need are already organized.

How the Partnership Works

There is no rigid program to sign up for. Firms work with us in whichever way fits their practice:

• Referral. You introduce us to your client, we handle everything directly, and you receive our reports for your records. The simplest arrangement, and the most common.
• Firm-managed. You stay in the middle: we process under your direction and deliver reporting through you, so the client experiences payroll as part of your firm's service.
• Your own payroll. Plenty of firms also hand us their internal payroll. Cobbler's children and shoes.

Either way, your clients get a dedicated representative at our DuBois office who knows their account by name. No call centers, no ticket queues.

A Partner, Not a Platform

The national payroll platforms treat accountants as a sales channel. We treat you as a colleague. When something unusual comes up, a mid-year acquisition, a multi-state hire, a notice from the Department of Revenue, you can call and talk it through with someone who has handled it before.
